non-crappy children’s books about death

by marjorieingall on September 25, 2012

This week’s Tablet magazine column: The best children’s books about death and dying. The best Jewish or Jew-y ones, anyway. No big ol’ white man on doling out judgment from a throne, no angels, no lame euphemisms, no celestial choirs, no “God loved Grandma so much He took her to live with Him.” (EVERYBODY HIDE!)
